Spore Account registration

Hey,

I can´t make an account in Spore when i´m in the game, it keeps telling me that an unknown error accured.

Does anyone have a solution? I´m playing on the Origin Version.

@Megatron2508 this problem is so old it's very complicated im not sure how i did my account but i remeber it was hard as heck, so yeah good luck.
