How do I copy my threads from the Sporum and onto my computer

I just really, REALLY want to preserve the RPs I made so long ago, if anyone can help me with archiving them, or finding a way to save them, I would greatly appreciate it.

a little tip  from me. Each of the topics in Spore Forum has an RSSlink, which you can subscribe 

Use the RSS Reader via Firefox, it looks like this.
From there, you can copy & paste this topic to another document.

I know it's a ton of work to archive his documentation. 🤔
