Button eyes in creature stage [ Edited ]

I was wondering if there is a way to get the button eye in the cell stage ang use it in the creature stage (Except not removing it from the creature). Me and my friend love this eye and we want to be able to just place it down at any time. Another problem with this is that you can only have as many eyes on your creature as you evolved with in the cell stage. 

I would be really happy if someone showed me and my friend a cheat or a mod that fixes this.

(We don't have any expansions)

I'm not sure why simply not removing the button eyes is a problem and why you would need to be able to place them down at any time. As far as I know, there's no cheat or mod that lets you place cell parts on your creature once you've evolved onto land, besides not removing them.

And you can place as many eyes as the complexity metre and DNA will allow on your creature (how many eyes your Cell goes onto land with doesn't matter).

It's part of the (our) problem Lykoswulfstan. It's that you cant use more button eyes than those you placed when you were in the cell phase.
