woot, made it BP 100......what?

Has a casual player I played like hell the last to weeks and I just made it to 100 with 20hrs left. Was playing for the nice bonuses. But of course its not a bonus you get for reaching 100, I have to grind 10 more level for it. How can it be called a bonus when you have to work for it? At my work if I get a bonus at the end of a job I don't get told I have to work a week extra to get it. What BS

At work, you get bonus only if you DO EXTRA WORK that IMPRESS your BOSS ! 

That's not even guarantee, depending on so many factors :P
