Why have I not received my loot from my apex legends twitch price pack I linked my accounts yester day (febuary 21st 2019) and still have not received a reward.

on you pc/tablet try to sign out and back in of the twitch and Amazon prime.

did it tell you the loot was claimed? I did all the steps and it put me in a loop of press the claim. button then it took me to the sign up page over and over. after signed out and back in it worked

Have you tried logging out @Jared_Coops2  as worked for @full951?

If you did and that did nothing can you ensure that you are linked to the correct EA account?

I claimed my loot my twitch account i linked to my ps4 but I`ve never linked my ea account to my ps4 how do i do that.

Hey @Jared_Coops2, if you are able to play Apex Legends then it means that you have already linked your EA and PSN accounts.
