why does a lvl 70 get heirloom but a lvl342 doesnt

If you want to make a suggestion to EA, hears how:

1. Navigate to EA Help. 

2. Click Contact Us at the top.

3. Choose your affected game or simply choose EA Play.

4. Choose your Platform.

5. Under 'Topic' select Report a Bug. 

6. Under 'Issue' select Give Feedback. 

7. Click the Blue Select a Contact Option button at the bottom. 

8. If you can, choose the Chat option as this is the EA Advisors preferred method of contact. If you can't, choose what is available to you. Be sure to include any pictures you may have is this will help your case or feedback.

Why do people think whether you  get heirlooms or not isn't gambling?  It's not like Apex promised it to be fair.  And...I mean...everyone should know better by now.

Here's a question for you:  How come I have two heirlooms without ever using money to purchase a loot tick, and some people who've gotten 500 ticks have zero?

Answer: same...gambling.  

What you want, OP, is to be able to purchase heirlooms.  But I doubt it's going to happen ever when people hurl so much money at this game just trying to get one.

I've reached level 500 like 200 levels ago and don't have any heirloom, but you will never ever see me cry about it. I've accepted the terms, conditions and business model of Apex when I started playing it and I can drop this game at any moment I change my feelings about it. Whining and begging is a waste of time, really.
