unable to intall origin

Today i deleted origin because i kept getting a notification that i was offline while i didn't have any issue's connecting to the youtube,netflix.... so i decided to reinstall origin i have been tring for 3 hours straight to reinstall origin but every time i download OriginThinSetup.exe and run the program a origin window pops up for a split second only to dissapear after a less then a second. Has anyone had this issue before or does anyone know how to fix it ive tried every fix i could find online and i just wanna get back to playing my games.
