I boght the new biginer 5000 pack and I got an elite and two bronze and the game crashed on me when I reopened my pack I got two silver and one bronze

Nice try buddy. But if you pulled "elite and two bronze" then you didn't open a starter (5k) pack. The 5k pack guarentees two silvers and one bronze or better. You can't pull two bronzes in a pack that guarantees you one. Sorry if the game crashed on you, but you definitely didn't get an elite from the 5k pack.
