Hey @ComisaNegra in order to locate your account our live support team would require information in able to locate it.
Without knowing your account info how are the team to locate your account or if they have located it, ensure that they are looking at the correct one?

Hey @ComisaNegra if you are worried about privacy remember they already have your email account information on file. It is really the only way they can identify your account from others that may have other info that is the same.
If they were asking for your password, then I would raise questions, this should not be stored in a format that is easily obtainable by support staff in a call center.

+1 on what @Ragarath said, there's no situation in which staff should be asking for a password, that's a major red flag.
