swaping weapon in fight

When i don't fight weapons swap normally, but in fight it takes too long or weapon not even swap. Today i tested few times and even without tactical stock my weapon swap faster when i don't fight with enemies. I was using r99 and spitfire, spitfire was in slot 2. On both weapons i had purple tactical stock, and my character stuck on swaping weapon again which results death.

@VoodoooPopeye It’s server lag and ya I get it occasionally as well.
