steam Product activation not working

i bought a way out on steam but every time i try to launch it i am made to put a product activation key into origin. i have not received any such key. ive bought ea games of steam before (battlefield 4) and never had this issue, how can i fix this?

Hey @UpDownVevo if you go to your Steam library and select the game then you should under properties be able to copy and paste your product code when requested.

ive looked in properties and cant find the code? where is it?

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
