spore will not install

I see a few complaints about this going back a few years but no solutions.

I just joined and installed origins on my iMac. I purchased Spore. And I am stuck in a download loop. It downloads, finalizes, says it is done. But then the only option is to install. never to play. 

I contacted support and they were no help at all. I've tried completely uninstalling all origin software from the computer. That, too, didn't help. 

If anyone knows what is going on, please share. I would really appreciate the help.

OK. I see what's going on. Spore is 32bit. 

And I doubt it'll be updated.

I have same problem it is because newest mac update. I hope that they will update spore soon.
