reward missing after purchase

Dear Fellow Legends!

I purchased the battle pass, because there was no question that I'd like to have the content its promised.

I received almost everything I supposed to have, despite the 1000 apex coins reward after purchasing the battle pass which was also promised in the battle pass trailer.

Does anyone experienced anything like this? 

Do you know about any solution?

You will unlock Battle Pass reward items - including packs of 50 or 100 Apex Coins - by earning levels as you play.

The levels at when you receive Apex Coins are 7, 11,  17, 21, 31, 37, 41, 47, 57, 63, 67, 77, 87 and 97.
