respond time to support tickets

hi, 

 

i made a support ticket on the 11th of january and i still havent heard anything.

every time i check the ticket it says the ticket have been updated.

i was wondering what the regular respond time is?

I'm afraid we don't have a way to see how long a Terms of Service investigation may take. The TOS team reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis, and the length of an investigation can vary depending on how many cases they are working through. 


Please keep an eye on your email, and they will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

Hi @EA_Kent ,

 

Thanks for the Quick response! I thought something was wrong because my support ticket keeps getting updated by the support team every day for the past 20 days. I guess ill have to wait a bit longer then!
