remove rampart ult on crypto drone already. [ Edited ]

@hayhorI've come across a few cryptos hiding flying it for the Ramp. Kill the Crypto and camp the death box.. The ramp can either come die or finish the game down a squad member.

The best use of it I've seen was the Crypto used it to put the Ramp in a high position over looking an area of the map. We had no issue shooting down the ramp though.
