its been over a week my refund passed through but i still didnt get my money back. help?

Depending on the payment method, which you've used to make the purchase, it might take some time (sometimes even up to 2 weeks) to finalise it on both sides - ours and your bank's. I took a quick look at the status of the refund request and it seems that it has been accepted in our system. Have you tried to contact your bank about this already?
