refund for ea fc 25 not recived

I have not received my refund from ea. and I have been waiting for it and It says it has been sent although considering there was no card attached to the account at the time what will happened as well I have received no ea. credit from this either any ideas

Hey @The_C0w it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account.

The time it takes will be dependent on your bank and/or card issuer and the clearing house they use.

I have this it says its been refunded although I didnt have a card attached to the account at the time and I have only just now attached it as well as this nothing has came through the ea balance either I just would like to know if is still on the way

i didn t receive my refund as well , same problem as him , no card attached, the refund will come on the same card that i bought it or i need to send it or smth
