"Useless" Abilities and how to fix them

(In my opinion) the worst ability in the game, is spikeweed:what's wrong

 

1 has really low HP

2 can be easily avoided, because it can't really "blend" With the map. 

3 it's hard to set up it, (slow projectiles and arming time. 

 

What (in my opinion) can be done to fix this:

 

1 increase HP

2 make it smaller and make it move less. 

3 remove arming time and bouncing properties of the projectile (only on floor) 

4 decrease damage (only a little bit) 

 

 

Wizard's secondary: what's wrong

 

1 too slow and easy to avoid

2 to low damage, 

3 too long charging time. 

 

 

How to fix it:

 

1 increase projecrile speed. 

2 make projectile smaller 

3 increase dmg a bit

4 reduce charging time

I liked the no arming time and no bounce changes for the spikeweed. This ability is kind of useless but to "put pressure" in the opponent. You should also be able to spawn them more often or just more of them. 

The wizard charged shot is actually very nice to put pressure in tight spaces or camping places in maps. In my opinion it just needs to be charged faster.

@wp9isilpq8r I agree with a lot of your proposed changes! I also think Wizard`s secondary is useless because of the charging time.

@wp9isilpq8r The wizard's secondary is even good, the issue is not the damage but the pressure on goals that it does, closed places, I think if they are buffed she will start to see goals almost impossible to enter.

@wp9isilpq8r Wizard's secondary is useless unless there's a wall near an enemy. I don't think it needs to do more damage; even five would make it much more powerful. I think it should use less ammo; 4-5 shots is kinda pathetic. Though the rest of the buffs I can see reasonable.

Recently I often launch Spikeweed far away in Turf Takeover.

By doing this, to put Spikeweeds on another areas becomes easily and to put a spikeweed between objective area and zombies respawn area easily (these puttings are hard for Potato Mine).

I hope that snaring time becomes triple, 5 times, or more (but don't change total damage). Current snaring time is too short. Feel zombies this duration time may be eternal.

And shorten the refresh time, much shorter than Potato Mine.

 

The changing idea about Wizard sounds very good.

@CharlesHlcBendel I think the developers were trying to make it a damaging ability that also traps them for a short duration. Its good, but your idea is better.
