Just to confirm... I assume that you're talking about one of the Remnant Architects in Mass Effect Andromeda?

You need to beat it in order to complete the "Making an impression" quest. If I remember correctly, characters specialised in Combat and Tech skills would be the best choice for this fight as Biotics is not effective against it.
