I made some purchases during the EA black friday sale, now Origin tells me that my EA Play account has expired and that the games cant be launched.
I look in my order history and the orders are not there, but I have invoices for purchases made through PayPal. I do not however have invoices through EA for the purchases made.
The purchases were:
Anthem
Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition
Dragon Age 2
Dragon Age 2 DLC bundle
I am also unable to launch Madden 21 on PC but that is likely due to the known origin issue being worked on at the time of this post

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call.

Hey @bonnemort, it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

I thought the same thing and logged into the only other account I have only links to Steam and has nothing else.
