progress lost on apex legends

i used to play apex legends on xbox one and today i installed the game on my pc with the same EA account but my level was 1. non of the premium legends were unlocked my Battle pass was gone.!!

any solution

Hey @xelil93 

Your account doesn't share progress between systems.

It's also not possible to transfer any progress from a technical point.

You will have to grind the skins again if you want them on your PC account.
