Hi, my platform is xbo one and my gamertag is omnom100

The reason I am contacting support is because all day today, the only prize bulb i earned was from a daily challenge, but besides from that i didn't earn any bulbs for the 7 i should've been rewarded. Why?

@omnom100  The Prize Bulb-Meter is now working again as intended so you will now begin gaining prize bulbs again. As of for the 7 you lost, I’m not sure if you’re able to get it back. But you won’t lose any more.
