pre order failed for xbox one

so I saw the tweet from the game publishers that it would be released at midnight due to our respected areas but it's midnight in my respect area and I still have no download I'm on Xbox one and it's even says October 1st which is technically right now which is technically one hour into October 1st any idea?

I don't know why MS/Xbox says the game releases on the 1st. They (Motive) have consistently said since first announcing a release date, Oct. 2. It will release at local Midnight tonight.

@villesaint608 you should have the option to pre-load option now. Cna you take a look and see if it works now.
