posting a hacker video, not allowed?

Is it forbidden to post a link for a recorded hacker? I posted one here but the topic seems to have been deleted. 

 I reported it to the appropriate place of course.  It was just hilarious to find a hacker with heirlooms, wanted to share the recording.

What gets me is the report feature at easy anti-cheat has no way to upload evidence like video proof or photos just asks your information. What a great anti-cheat company.

I feel bad for that cheater that he is going to lose his heirlooms.

Easy Anti-Cheat is a JOKE to the hacking community often cracked less than 24hrs after an update with a slew of methods to get around it without being discovered found in the same timeframe.

It seems completely fair to name and shame bunch of scumbag hackers to me.
