no longer have access to email

hello, 

i am trying to log in to apex but it wants me to rest my password but the email tied to that ea account i no longer have access too

i tried the contact us on ea page but it doesnt work it just spins forever

Funny the same thing is happening to me and I still am trying to fix it. But the part I'm stuck at is I can't talk to a chat adviser or call one and its a pain
