need for speed heat

Does anyone have a problem with NFS Heat level 5 helicopter? They will stick to you for like ever!!!! the time limit is a joke don't even exist I have outrun them for like 1hour and used up all my repair which I had 2 and Aux repair. even when you are in the tunnel they spawn cops and Rino to you when you try to hide from them. I'm currently level 46 and the helicopter is just so messed up. there's a possibility there is a heli bug.
