my account has been banned

My account has been banned after I bought some apex legends coins and I used a legal method but it was banned anyway!!

I made 5 cases, I had live chat three times and two of my cases said not fix available but there was no information regarding those cases and I didn't receive emails from EA!

I really need help, I had Fifa on this account and 600 hours on Apex also the money I spent on coins is gone!
