missing cosmetic

Community manager needed! I am currently missing the cosmetic piece called "speciale" for the german team. I have the common variant but I'm missing the rare version. I just realized it was missing today, I suspect it must've gone missing due to one of the recent updates. Any help is very appreciated!

I've had the issue with certain camos, if it's part of an assignment, you may need to do the assignment for it to unlock the rare varients. If it's part of the chapters, you may need to contact EA support. Cheers and I hope your problems gets resolved!
