hello I havent played any ea games last like 2 years .last one was apex when it came out played for few weeks than quited ea games ... now i came back to play battlefront that epic gave for free and i cant play online it says this account is banned from online features ... i have no idea why i never hacked or used bad language- i think some hacker hacked my account and got it banned or something ... the problem is i dont even why i got banned in the first place so its hard to know exactly what happend is there some way to get unbanned or i am ip banned for life for no reason? i even tried to make new account but when i tried to log into online matching it banned aswell so i assume i am ip banned from all ea games ..... please help

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @RezZ3t.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
