im unable to connect

please help me i tried loading in and it says 9 of 9 connection thing then its says go Ea.com/unable-to-connect-to-ea-severs but only once its let me in but got kicked out 5 mins later please help me fix this

im trying the download UOTrace but our wifi is completely fine everybody in the house wifi is good and we just got some new wifi routers
