if I have ea access do I get orgin access

I have ea access on my Xbox so do I still have to pay for orgin access?

EA Access is our Xbox subscription service and Origin Access is our PC subscription service.

Just like when purchasing individual games, they are purchased separately for each platform, PC/XB1.
