i gift a game to wrong man

i want to gift BFV to my sister, but misslciked to another from friend list and paid... gift gone to wrong receiver.... what can i do now? it happend just ~20 min ago and i 100% know this "wrong receiver" will not accept a gift cuz its my friend's account and he cant access to it.
