i brough sims 4 but its gone

i brought the sims 4 back in 2016 and I went to go play on it like I normally do and discovered that the game had been deleted and I cant get it back I have asked origin for help but no luck and it is really getting on my nerves as I had a few packs and I wasn't exactly cheap how can I get my game back

I'm sorry to hear about your issue 

Have you've tried checking out the filters in your Origin library (top right corner in Origin app)? It's possible that your game is simply hidden. 

And can I ask what expansions exactly do you own?
