how to get visual point and Exchanged ?

@5553050 Visual Points were removed in the Hot Wheels update way back in March 2017. You needed 150,000 Visual Points before that update to have access to those wraps.

For players that started playing after the Hot Wheels update, they are out of luck. It is impossible to get those wraps.
