how do you unlock equipment mods in multiplayer now?

Hi, I was wondering howdo you unlock the equipment mods now since there is no weekly thingie going on anymore.

I'm missing some because I didnt have internet for a quite a while.

missing: structural ergonomics, sniper rifle amp, stronghold package and operative package.

With great difficulty I think.  They ought offer a different armor every week as well as the weapons and characters in the point shop.  Unlocking things in this game is frustrating and stupid.  Gee! I got a super tier * unusable  pistol in my recruitment pack instead of a the character I hoped for or any character at all.   I have noticed that the armors are not available much anymore.  A distinct disadvantage to those that started later than sooner.
