If you are referring to a matchmaking lobby similar to Need For Speed then there isn't one at the moment.
You can create a private lobby with your friends and start races on the map. Also, you can Play Online, go to any race on the map and play with others.

There isnt a matchmaking lobby where you can just race back to back on a rotating playlist. Not sure if this will be implemented in the future but i hope so.

im talking about the notification the game gives you.... it says to enter matchmaking because the servers going to shut down soon....and then boots me
