If you have to open 500 packs to get a heirloom then why are some people with new accounts getting a heirloom while old players haven't yet? Im past level 1000 and still haven't got one , it's really disappointing

@Beast420aw You have super small chance of getting an heirloom in each and every apex pack (except collection event packs). Lower level players currently has a better chance of getting an heirloom since they get an apex pack every other level. If you didn't get heirloom shards for 499 packs, the 500th pack contains them. If you get before 500, the invisible pack counter resets to zero.
