haven't received EA Play supercharge pack

Hey everyone, 

if you are a player on Xbox please open: Game Pass / Perks / Claim / Click Redeem Code 
The pack should then appear in your FUT Store. 

For all other platforms: We are still checking the distribution of the pack, be sure that you are an active EA Play member on your account, and that you don't use a 2nd account that gets the game shared from a main account.

@EA_rephii Hi on xbox I don’t see The Pack and If I go to Perks I have only 4 and there is not The Pack. I don’t see Any redeem codes

It's been 5 days or so I guess and still haven't received anything on PS5. May need to cancel my subscription if nothing happens soon.

im on pc and i dont have game pass or ultimate but i have ea play on its own, ive had a look on origin and ea play and for origin it is there but i cant redeem anything, however on ea play there isnt any sign of the add on so i am a bit confused on how to redeem the pack if you dont have the game pass or ultimate
