I managed to recover my account through EAhelp and is there a way to rollback to the point before the hacker used my apex coins and heirloom shards?

@zAkseru Sadly, this isn't something that can be handled on the forums. You could try talking to EA Support about it, but I'm not sure if they would be able to undo what was spent as the transactions tends to be permenant.
