hacked account

so it looks like my account has been hacked and banned

so, i have not played this game in 1-2 months and i want to play it again

i go in and notice that i have a legendary wraith skin from no where,

all my crafting materials are gone

i dont even play wraith

i try to play a game and it says "clients game has been banned:banned"

can i somehow get this ban lifted and maybe get my account reset to a specific point?

i would be happy with only getting rid of this ban

seems like my entire origins account has been banned

This just happened to me right now. have your case been solved yet? I even reported the drastic game progress to EA before the ban.....

@AmberlyTripp not op but I just got my account back, ea notified me of being banned bc of cheating last friday, after sending a ticket telling them I'd been hacked it took them 6 days to lift the ban. Hope it helps
