One thing that they could implament is that you have to verify your account with a phone nmbr. Like cs/dota and then you only get paired with other people that verified. It's not a 100% fix but atleast if people get banned with that nmbr they can't use it again

But is it worth something to denounce? what happens next? you only receive an email saying that thanks for reporting, but how do you know what it is for? do they put the banned lists somewhere?
