gear stats meaning??

I been to several sites and found most of what I want to know but some of what bonus stats do are not there.

I keep seeing stats with  "[2]" on it and cant figure out what it means . like I see it  like [2] speed  17% or  [2] 15% damage. i'll also see in MW  in yellow "defeating an enemy increase [2] damage by 60% for 5 seconds " I know what it saying but what does the '[2]" stand for ??

Its the ability binded to that key ie (rb) or such if your on console

ok that why I couldn't find anything on it , I remap my hotkeys to numbers (razor game mouse 15 hotkeys on it) . they need better explaining on there gear , thx for the info.
