Can I ask with what title are you trying to use Game Face?

When it comes to Game Face there are some factors that can cause an error. Below are some of the following:
- The browser you're using may be out of date or does not have the necessary plugins. Try using a different browser, clear it's cache: http://bit.ly/Clear_Cache_Browser, or delete the browser and re-download it.
- The type of camera being used or quality of the picture is not a high enough resolution.
- Make sure the background for your picture is flat and white.
- Make sure all the dots align properly to where the example pictures shows where they should be. You might need to move them around again to slightly altered spots if you received an error.
- Make sure you're logged into the EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID attached. Sometimes customers are not logging into the correct email address that has their PSN ID/Gamertag linked. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game
- When it's processing your picture, try zooming in and out with your browser (CTRL + mouse wheel scroll up and down)
