+fps_max unlimited not working in season 1?

Since i donwload the season1 patch, i got locked to 150 fps. but +fps_max unlimited still in the launch options

Same here, I've done everything I know to do and I'm locked at 144 now.

It might be to do with something that was stated in the patch notes. It states that the PC version has been hardcapped at 300 for stability reasons.

It's not 150 or 144 but there's a high chance that this change has overridden something in the process.

If you go read around Reddit, users who have 240 hz monitors are even locked at 144. Something isn't right.

Same here and the game runs like crap for me when its locked at 144.  My monitor is only 144hz but something about it being capped makes it feel off.
