floating objects solution?

@lnxtvv Yes. If an item is within range of Loba's Black Market while she (or anyone) is using it (or it has not been shut down) then the item will float a few inches off of the ground. Also, if anyone using Loba's Black Market takes an item via it that's in a supply bin, then that bin will open all by itself.

@hayhor it could also mean a loba is right there but seeing as you see no loba its impossible. The loot starts floating around loba for some reason. I used to main loba and it got weird I mean everything was floating.
