every 3rd game playing "2on3"

HOW is it possible that, especially in arena,s i miss a 3rd mate all the time!?!?

bad enough in ranked that there is often one going afk not connecting or solo drop at the end of the world, but how come i START every 3rd game with only 1 mate?!

I doubt it depends on the mode alone. 

I also don't understand why they just can't fill up squads, and maybe at the end we would have 15 teams of 3 instead of 20 teams whith 5 of them being 2 man squads, or a oneman squad. Happens also.

It seems that there must be 20 squads, no matter what, and this is the reason why it is like that. 

Maybe there is no a lobby between server start and the actual squad building. It seems like, server is starting, is waiting several seconds till people log in, and after that swuad building starts. and if not enough people join in, the problem starts
