i bought them through the event page idk if thats why

also checked my bank it did come out of my balance

this has been happening to me for a year and a half. I have to have EA have to manually put the coins into my account. For some reason, i bought more coins. same issue. i do their process and they still wont give me coins. i can provide them proof of my bank statement and they wont give me the coins. they suck man.
