I don't know what else to say!! I got my heirloom. I thought I lucked out but thankfully, EA came thru with your help!! I hope this helps everyone else who ran into this issue and hopefully EA can put a notice or small prompt in the collection events as a reminder for all gamers to open all packs during event to avoid another situation like this.
