i am tired of not being able to communicate with my teammates. It is a team game right and a team game you really need to communicate with your team to coordinate attacks give call outs like i was killed  the guy is right behind you teammates or a guy is hiding in the corner to the left when you go in the door that kind of communication that can give you a win or a loss. because the lack of a voice chat makes it harder to get things done and is getting people killed.
