What other differences between the Deluxe and Standard edition? 

And is it worth it?

Standard game have only the game.

Deluxe edition have the game and the below bonus:

Pre-Order Bonus

• K.S Edition starter car

Deluxe Edition Bonuses

• Three additional K.S Edition cars unlocked through progression
• Four exclusive character outfits 
• REP Boost
• Bank Boost

Please excuse my ignorance, But what does the "K.S" stand for in "K.S edition"?

K.S Edition = Khyzyl Saleem Edition.

He's one of Ghost concept artists and will show off a few special designs in the game
